Please make sure when you are placing a order your select the right texture and size.
Payments are to be done 100% in advance.
We accept all type of cards and PayPal as payment.
Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different from your shipping address you will be asked to complete a credit card authorisation form and send supporting documentation before shipment is released. If necessary, a representative will contact you shortly after your order

ORDER PROCESSING
Our business hours are Monday to Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. All orders received before 1 pm are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once processed and shipped, orders arrive
within the time selected on the order form. Our European standard and premium deliveries are sent via courier and require a signature upon delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We only exchange items in case they arrive damaged
Returns will be only accepted if a items arrives damaged
REFUNDS
We will not accept any returns or exchanges in our Hair extensions if they are not in the original condition and hair products only if they arrive damaged.For a full refund or exchange within the first 14 days please make sure you send back to us the damaged item.

Q - How long does my hair have to be so I am able to wear extensions?
In order to make sure your extensions transition nicely from your normal hair, we recommend that you have at least ten centimetres of your natural hair.
Q - How long will my extensions last?
Depending on the proper care you take, your extensions can last up to 2-3 years.
Q – Will Hair Extensions damage my hair?
They are not supposed to damage your hair if they are properly applied to your hair with care.
Q-What are the best products to use to care for my hair extensions?
We sell a range of products that will work great with your extensions and hair, have a look at our products which are available at our shop.
Q-What steps do I have to follow to look after my hair extensions?
By using products with no salt and avoiding using products with oil in your extensions, check our products range to see which products are suitable for you. Since all hair extensions are made from 100% human hair, your care and routine will be very similar as to how you would take care of your own hair. The only key differences are, that you may wash your hair much less than what you are frequently used too, ‘Remember’ your extensions must always be dried after washing, and the hair may need to be brushed more regularly.
Q-Can I dye my hair extensions?
Yes you can, but if you are going to use bleach I would advise to visit a professional hairdresser in case you over process it and end up damaging your hair extensions.We are not responsible for any damaged cause by any Hairdresser or personal, by over processing
Q- Can the hair extensions be reapplied?
Yes, it can, normally our hair will last you up to 2-3 years.
Q-Is the Hair you sell Remy?
Yes, we only deal with Remy hair that comes from a single donor.
Q-How should I brush my hair extensions?
When brushing your hair start at the end of your hair and gently work your way up. Always brush your hair in a downward motion and do not brush harshly
